Design of digital banking services for small and medium-sized businesses, including mobile banking and a web-based entrepreneur portal.

Research & Product Discovery

Conducted product discovery to understand SME financial workflows and operational constraints of existing banking systems.

Mapped behavioral scenarios, analyzed limitations of legacy interfaces and formulated product hypotheses for the target digital banking experience. Developed UX concepts for web and mobile platforms and validated solutions through usability testing.

SBI Bank Mobile App

Designed a mobile banking application for small and medium-sized businesses focused on everyday financial operations.

Enabled fast invoicing, tax and contribution payments, transaction history monitoring and real-time account balance visibility, optimizing key daily financial tasks for entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneur Web Banking Portal

Designed a web-based banking platform for small and medium-sized businesses with role-basedaccess for company employees.

Implemented multi-currency account management, statement generation, tax payment calendar and 1C data import/export. Created financial dashboards for cash flow monitoring, along with personal offers, notificationsand integrated B2B customer support via chat.
